I haven't lead the most healthy existence in the past year or so, but I have been changing my ways, of late! After a trip to my doctor, for an annual physical, I was charged with the task of losing 10-12 pounds (as a short term goal)! So I have not taken my assignment lightly, though I have backslid a little, and started a few healthy habits:
- Exercise 3-4 days per week, including 20+ minutes of cardio and 30+ minutes of weight training
- Eat meals with, at least, 70% fruits or veggies and drink plenty of water!
- Eat foods with low or no, added sugars and reduce starches (potatoes, bread, etc)
