My closet is not that complicated. I share this large walk-in with my wife, who actually uses 2/3's of the whole thing. I have my one rack full of summer, winter and spring/fall clothing. I keep my clothes sectioned off as follows (front to back):
- Dress shirts
- Suits
- Casual shirts
- tie rack
- a hanging organizer for different accessories
- Casual pants
- Dress pants
- "Play" clothes and jeans LOL!
- Dress coats
- extra jackets
Up top, I keep all of my other stuff organized, like PJ's, boxers, hats, accessories, etc. Down below, I keep my shoes, boots, and a hamper for my dirty clothes. My wife has pretty much the same stuff, so we keep the closet well stocked! LOL!
