This a great tool for Twitter users who want to create a nice looking Twitter widget, or stamp on their website, when Javascript is NOT an option. I highly recommend it for FBML Boxes (FaceBook Markup Language), BBcode enabled forums or other similar sites where scripts are not allowed or inconvenient.
